foodey isn't a marketplace. There are other great sites that do that. Instead foodey lets you create your very own online shop. With your logo and colours, your products and your personal provenance. You can change the colours, add custom pages and even use your own web address to fit with your existing website. Having your own online shop ensures that buyers know they are buying from YOU and not a third party middleman!
To setup your own shop you simply need to register for one of the foodey packages. We are currently offering 12 months free on the Premium package - signup to take advantage now
Once you have created your account by registering you can start to configure your shop. A break down of the steps to getting started can be found here in our blog. We've tried to make it as easy and as intuitive as possible.
We know that not all food produce fits through the letter box! If you run an organic box scheme or sell fresh fix you might not want the whole world to start placing orders with you. No problem - you can configure your shop so that only customers within certain postcodes can order from you. Simple!
